I have spent many years training in healing modalities like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT),
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I find these techniques great to use with clients face to face and for homework.
I also use the following unique combination of skills in my work:
Energy release and clearing
Through my practice of all the healing modalities below I discovered
that I can quickly tune into the root of problems; I use unique energy releasing techniques that remove trauma,
beliefs, patterns, programs and other issues quickly and efficiently without the client being present.
This means that I can work remotely, saving travelling time and expense.
This is a transformative and intuitive process which incorporates, for example, and according to clients’
needs, cord cutting and the removal of negative energy such as curses, black magic, psychic attacks,
vows and karmic contracts. Messages from guides and angels are also channelled.
I use verbal cues to activate the energy flow in order to make the energy release happen.
Energy healing, chakra healing
Practised in the Eastern cultures of China, Japan and India for centuries, energy healing channels
the life force which flows through us all, and is used by therapists to encourage people to take an
active role in healing themselves. Energy healers can also practise remotely.
Past Life Therapy
Our present day character is the culmination of the experiences we have had in many different lifetimes.
Past life events affect us in many ways and can cause psychological problems.
Past life therapy releases trapped and subconscious patterns and thoughts to bring about beneficial changes.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Developed by Gary Craig, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain,
stress and emotional disorders. It is also called tapping. Negative emotions are said to be the source of
a disruption in energy and the cause of all pain. EFT is often used to treat people with anxiety and
post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to treat conditions or change behaviour and habits.
The deeply relaxed trance or state of reverie reached using hypnosis harnesses the power of
suggestion thereby allowing therapists easily to help their clients achieve their goals.
Homeopathy, a holistic medicine which uses highly diluted substances with the aim of triggering the body’s
own healing mechanisms, is based on the principle of “like treats like”, i.e. a substance that
causes symptoms when taken in large doses can be used in small amounts to treat similar symptoms.
Herbalism is the traditional use of plants for their healing and medicinal properties.
Herbal or plant-based medicine uses every part of a plant, from its roots to its flowers is one of the oldest forms
of medicine and has been in use for many thousands of years.
Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower Remedies, made from wild flowers, are a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Bach,
in England during the early 1920’s. They are used to restore balance between mind and body by removing negative emotions.
Bach Flower Remedies restore peace and happiness so the body can heal itself.
Aromatherapy, the use of aromatic essential oils for holistic healing, has been used in ancient cultures
for thousands of years. Aromatherapy uses the sense of smell and skin absorption to provide an array
of benefits and is useful for a wide range of conditions such as stress, pain and insomnia.
